Professional Builders Council (PBC) is a National Organization established to promote professionalism, quality and integrity in the Building Industry. PBC is especially supportive of the small to mid size new home builders and remodelers which is the backbone of the industry. Through education and marketing efforts, PBC promotes it's values and that of the builders to the community at large.

In an effort to bring to the attention of the public builders/remodelers who adhere to the highest of standards, PBC conducts three National Awards programs. They are held approximately four months apart. In order to make these programs more available to the smaller builder/remodeler, the programs have very unique characteristics. The builder/remodeler selects the levels of awards they wish to be considered for and they pay for the level they are awarded.

The application process is very simple and economical. Obviously, a gold level award is worth more to a builder than silver in terms of marketing value. Through these programs you pay only based on the value of the award. The program submittal documents are quite simple as well.  No need for expensive marketing productions.
